IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PICKING UP YOUR WEDDING CAR
On the day of the wedding there is not much time for things like handing over your rented wedding car, so we want to hand over the rental car as quickly and smoothly as possible. To this end, we ask you to bring the following documents with you when you collect the car from STARCAR:
- a valid driver's license
- German ID or passport with registration certificate
- Credit, debit or EC card - depending on the vehicle group reserved. Please note: We do not accept prepaid credit cards.
- Driver and company card - if you are a corporate customer
Please note: The minimum age varies within the vehicle groups. For example, the minimum age for renting a STARCAR luxury car is 25 years.
