What you need to know
Please bring the following documents with you on the day of pick-up:
- Driver's license
- German ID or passport with registration certificate
- Credit, debit or EC card. Please note that we do not accept prepaid credit cards in Dortmund either
- Driver and company card (if you want to rent one of our multi-ton trucks commercially)
Note: To be able to rent a truck from our vehicle groups 7 and 8, you need at least a C1 driver's license. If you opt for a 12-ton truck from group 9, a C driver's license is required. The vans from groups 1 to 6, on the other hand, can also be driven with a category B license.
