The following information is required to ensure a smooth process:
* We will cover your fully comprehensive insurance excess for our CDW/limitation of liability. If you do not have comprehensive cover, the CDW/limited liability excess is reduced to €1,000.
Our STARCAR WhatsApp service is available from 8:00 to 13:00. The desired rental car can be reserved under the keyword “accident replacement”, images and PDF files can also be sent and questions can be asked.
Every accident is different and stressful. Injured parties have rights and obligations that they are sometimes unaware of. Our specialist department will be happy to advise you on your case from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on 040 / 65 44 11 9010.
If claims for compensation are assigned to us, the opposing insurance company will settle directly with STARCAR.
Note: The claim will be reviewed by the insurance company and may be partially rejected, therefore STARCAR customers are not automatically released from the obligation to pay by our assignment.
