Our history began in 1987 in Hamburg, when Tobias Höpfner and Maik Grabow opened the first STARCAR station. Today, we are there for you throughout Germany with more than 100 stations and over 500 partner rental stations. We have evolved into your mobility service provider, offering a wide range of services, a service at eye level and modern, comfortable vehicles - all at attractive conditions.

You step on the gas behind the wheel, we do it for you at our station: when you pick up your vehicle, it's important to us that you get off to a quick and carefree start. That's why our rental process is transparent via iPad. When you pick up and return your vehicle, your contact person will go through any damage and special features of the vehicle with you and record them paperlessly via iPad.
